I think it is IRL issues with DQB personally.
He's got some rep to earn back but it wouldn't be that hard to change his feedbacks for unsatisfied buyers if he is starting to do...i know at least one today got a refund.

Find a good syringe maker, one that doesn't have too much vacuum pressure on the syringe.
